I want to go to sim only but I can’t upgrade via my account as it says I don’t have an active direct debit but I have set one up? What do I need to do?

Kindly note that in order for you to upgrade you will need to set up your direct debit on your iD Mobile App. Please you can set up your direct debit using the following step:

Login into your account.

1. Click on bills
2. Manage your payments
3. Edit direct debit details.
