upgrade

Not very happy with service received so far from ID mobile. I have been a customer for quite sometime with no issues. Come to upgrade and multiple people have told me it will be delivered on a certain day (will be 3 times tomorrow ) with no phone arriving despite arranging to be in all day. Lack of communication and incorrect information is staggering. This has took me over a week to upgrade. Also my previous contract ended last June and the same amount I was paying for the phone and call plan has still been going out of my bank, the team are unable to help with this either and suggest I do a live chat to get some money back.  Getting annoyed with the whole situation!
