Why are the upgrade deals more expensive than a new contract

New customer deals and existing customer deals are constantly changing, so the offers available can vary depending on when you choose to upgrade or change your plan.

At times, existing customer deals may be better than those available to new customers, and vice versa.

If you do not see a deal that suits your needs, we recommend contacting our Sales Team on 020 7139 1397 between 9:00am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. They will be happy to discuss the available options and help you find the best deal.
