Hi @Gazslater

Thank you for getting in touch.

I understand your concern regarding the pricing difference. The offers displayed through the iD Mobile app are upgrade offers available on your current account, whereas third-party comparison sites such as uSwitch may sometimes advertise new customer promotions that include additional discounts or incentives.

The Google Pixel 10 256GB offer you've seen on uSwitch at £79 upfront and £25.99 per month is a new customer deal and may not always be available as an upgrade offer. However, pricing and promotions can change regularly.

I recommend checking the upgrade section of your account periodically, as new upgrade offers may become available. Alternatively, you can contact our Sales Team on 0800 049 0250 to see whether there are any other upgrade options or promotions available for your account.

Thank you,

Hosai
