I have just received an upgrade phone but they sent another some card too and a new contract

how can I inform them that this is the same contract and upgrade my phone number to new phone 

who do I call please

    Once connected, type “speak to human” or “agent” to request an advisor.

    They’ll be able to check the upgrade and help make sure your existing number is set up correctly on your new phone.
