have sim only now but want to upgrade to a phone and sim, is this possible?

Yes, that's absolutely possible.

If you're currently on a SIM-only plan and would like to move to a phone and SIM contract, we'd recommend contacting our Sales Team, who can discuss the available options and process the upgrade for you.

I took a 30day contract but now I find out I've been put onto a 12 months contract and they will not let me out of it.
