​@chris2015bcw Hi chris 👋 this question keeps popping up now your get 2 different answers depends on who replies to your question ! Now if someone from the id social media team replies they will advise you to go to the sales team ... but previous answers to this question have stated ID mobile will not give you the same deal even though your staying with the company check out the help hub your see the other answers . But this is just MY opinion in todays financial you need to shop around to get the best deal you can find !
