upgrade

Hi, my upgrade date is 17/10, I've seen an upgrade on carphone warehouse which is also with id mobile how do I complete this upgrade and not have 2 separate contracts running?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    If you’ve found a deal through Carphone Warehouse, it’s important to make sure it is processed specifically as an upgrade to your existing iD Mobile plan rather than as a new contract. Otherwise, you could end up with two separate contracts and a new number.

     

    As your upgrade date is 17 October, we’d recommend contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat once you’re eligible. They can check your account, discuss the available options and help make sure your upgrade is processed correctly.

    Hi, I spoke with the live chat and asked for direction and after passing me from one to another all they did was keep offering me upgrades which where dearer then the deal is found they never actually helped me with what I'm supposed to do!!
