Hi can you please tell me how I get better pay monthly deals as a new customer than I do to upgrading

New customer deals are based on a customer who has no previous history with us. For existing customers, upgrade offers are personalised and can vary based on factors such as account and credit history.

Because of this, the offers available to a new customer and those available through an upgrade may not always be the same.
