I am currently in Australia and am not back in the UK until February. I am due an upgrade in november. My phone isn't in the greatest condition. Is there anyway I can have my upgrade sent to me whilst abroad?

Hi @Stubbypasty,

I can certainly understand your concern, especially if your current handset is no longer in the best condition and you're due for an upgrade in November.

Unfortunately, we are only able to deliver upgraded devices to UK addresses, so we would not be able to ship an upgrade directly to Australia.

If you have a trusted friend or family member in the UK, you may be able to have the upgrade delivered to your registered UK address, and they could then arrange to forward the handset to you. Alternatively, you may wish to wait until you return to the UK in February before processing the upgrade.
