upgrade

I have been a customer of yours for over 3 years now and have seen that you have some upgrades for the Google pixel 11. As I am currently paying 10 pounds. I have seen the prices are considerably higher. Whilst I appreciate it would be a new phone. Please may we discuss a special offer considering my 3 years of commitment? Otherwise, I will have to consider leaving. Thanks! Angus
