I see I am eligible for an upgrade, but looking on Carphone warehouse they have better offers for ID mobile new customers than you are offering for an upgrade. Specifically iPhone 17 256gb on a 24 month contract you are offering for £39.99/month with an upfront cost of £99.00. But if I were to go through carphone warehouse (but still ID mobile) they are offering the same thing for £37.99/month and £0 upfront. Can you match this for my upgrade?

If keeping your existing mobile number is important to you, please be aware that you would need to complete an upgrade on your current iD Mobile account. We are unable to transfer a number internally from one iD Mobile account to another new iD Mobile connection.
