upgrade but webpage broken

I’m trying to swap my plan to the £10 a month sim only plan. That comes with 60GB of data. But the webpage is broken. I cannot view the plans when logged in, and when logged out it asks me to log in to order. There’s just no physical way for me to change my plan because the websites bugged, can an employee please change my plan for me.
