Hi, i have put in for a upgrade only i didnt realise the phone i wanted wasn’t in stock until 3 week is they any chance i can change the phone colour to what you have in stock?

I've got same question - I wanted Jet Black - but chose  White, as Customer Service Personal said, its best to do so - as White would guarantee delivery next day -  but now this is expected on 28th - so basically i was “coned”

They don’t help  - Social Media is ignored - and email/Chat is just generic response - different people saying different

At another that's placed an order with IDMobile be it online or over the phone, you can always call the sale team Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm and weekends up to 5pm on +44 20 7139 1397.

You can discuss your order and if something not able you should be able to cancel or get a different product while it's available at the time of order or inquire.

Thanks  - Yes I cancelled this order, and made a new one - With same device / colour I wanted etc - This has now processed - should be here Tomorrow
