upgrade deal not showing on my account

I am nearly at the end of my contract and received an email with a deal which I wanted to accept but when I log in to my account it doesn’t show this deal and I don’t know why not, It was clearly offered by email, Can anyone help me please?

I understand how confusing and frustrating it must be to receive an upgrade offer by email, only to find that it’s not showing when you log into your account. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

There can sometimes be a few reasons for this, such as:

The offer being linked to a specific account or login

The offer having a set expiry date

The account not yet being within the eligible upgrade window

A system delay in the offer appearing online
