Hi. 

Ive been looking at the upgrade deals you have sent me an can get better deals from you as a new customer. 

Is it worth me leaving an coming back as a new customer? 

Id rather no have the bother of leaving but I also dont want to spend excess of another £20 a month.

If keeping your current iD Mobile number is important to you, we would recommend speaking with our Sales Team before making any decisions. They can review the upgrade options currently available on your account and discuss any offers you may be eligible for.

Please also be aware that if you choose to leave iD Mobile and take out a new iD Mobile contract as a new customer, your existing iD Mobile number cannot be transferred directly from one iD Mobile account to another. If you wish to retain your current number, an upgrade on your existing account would generally be the preferred option.
