upgrade early please

I’m due to be able to get an upgrade at the beginning of may

Samsung have a deal on at present that I would like to take but I don’t think I can take it because the end of the offer occurs prior to my ability to get an upgrade 

is there any chance that you cannhelp

    I’m sorry to let you know that we’re unable to offer early upgrades. You’ll need to wait until you’re within 60 days of your contract’s expiry date before you can upgrade your plan.
