upgrade from phone contract to sim only contract

When upgrading from a phone contract to sim only contract do you keep your existing number and sim Card or does iDmobile  send out a new sim?

And if iDmobile sends out new a sim will it have the same existing number already on it to just put in phone and start straight away?

Yes, you do keep the same number with the same SIM card. 

 

If you need assistance with your upgrade, please get in touch with our sales team, either via live chat or call them on 0800 049 0250, or you can follow the below steps:

 

1. From dashboard, scroll down and tap on "view all upgrade deals".  
2. On the next page, select the box "SIM only deals".  
3. Scroll down and tap on "choose this plan" next to the plan you wish to proceed with.  
4. On the next page, tap on "continue" and follow the steps to complete the order. A card verification will be required. After completing this step, tap on "place order".  
5. You will receive an order reference number at the end.
