upgrade from sim only to contract

I’m currently on a sim only deal with ID mobile and all upgrade options I have are sim only. I’m looking to get a new phone on a monthly contract with ID instead. Is it possible for me to do this and keep my number using a PAC code even though I am not changing network?

Hi @Hanloukit,

Thanks for your question.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between two iD Mobile plans or contracts. This means you wouldn't be able to use a PAC code to transfer your existing iD Mobile number onto a new iD Mobile contract.

If you'd like to keep your current number and stay with iD Mobile, the recommended option is to upgrade your existing plan. This will allow you to keep your number while moving onto a new handset and contract.
