upgrade from sim only to phone contract

My SIM-only contract ends on 6 October 2026. I want to upgrade my existing number to the iPhone 18 Pro Max £64.99 plan. The plan is available to buy as a new contract, but it isn’t showing as an upgrade. Can you check whether you can offer it as an upgrade on my existing account?
