upgrade hasnt gone through no confirmation email

For some reason my upgrade says it went through but upfront payment wasn't taken and received  no confirmation email

If you haven’t received a confirmation email and there’s nothing in your junk or spam folder, and you don’t have an order number, it’s likely that your order wasn’t placed correctly. We’d recommend retrying the process to ensure everything goes through smoothly.
