Upgrade id check

Trying to upgrade a Sim-only plan, the last step switches to Verizon to take 1p from card as ID check but it freezes at that point. How do I proceed?

Unfortunately, this isn’t something we’re able to assist with here on the iD Community, as we don’t have access to the upgrade or payment systems.
