Upgrade id check

Trying to upgrade a Sim-only plan, the last step switches to Verizon to take 1p from card as ID check but it freezes at that point. How do I proceed?

    Sorry to hear you’re running into issues when trying to upgrade.

     

    Unfortunately, this isn’t something we’re able to assist with here on the iD Community, as we don’t have access to the upgrade or payment systems.

    They’ll be able to check what’s causing the issue and get things sorted for you.
