Once you're eligible to upgrade, you can either complete it through the iD Mobile app or website, or contact our Sales Team via Live Chat if you'd prefer some assistance.

For a SIM Only upgrade:(Eligible 24 days before your plan expires)

1. From your dashboard, scroll down and tap View all upgrade deals.
2. Select SIM Only deals.
3. Tap Choose this plan next to the plan you'd like.
4. Tap Continue and follow the steps to complete your order. You'll be asked to complete a card verification before placing the order.
5. Once complete, you'll receive an order reference number confirming your upgrade.

For a handset upgrade:(Eligible 60 days before your plan expires)

1. From your dashboard, scroll down and tap View all upgrade deals.
2. Choose the handset and plan you'd like.
3. Tap Continue and follow the steps to complete your order. A card verification will be required before placing the order.
4. You'll receive an order reference number once your order has been placed.
