Upgrade issue

Hi I have been a customer of yours for a number of years and would like to stay with you but the upgrade offers are not competitive with starting as a new customer. I want would like to upgrade to the Google Pixel 10 pro xl 256gb and if I was a new customer it would be £9 upfront and £35.99 a month after unlimited data. This is less than what I am being offered as an upgrade. Can you match this?

    Upgrade offers can sometimes differ from new customer promotions, as these deals are set separately. Unfortunately, we’re unable to match new customer offers on existing upgrades. However, we do have deals available for our loyal customers.
