Upgrade link not working for iphone 16 plus

Hi, I’m trying to upgrade. The 16 plus is an option but when I’m clicking on the link it’s saying that it cannot be displayed, I can see it’s available for new customers but is this no longer available for myself? Thank you

    As we're unable to access upgrade or sales accounts from our side, we'd recommend getting in touch with our Sales Team via Live Chat. They'll be able to check whether the iPhone 16 Plus is available on your account and help you complete the upgrade if it is.
