upgrade mistake

I have two plans on my account with separate numbers. I thought I was upgrading my most used phone and instead upgraded the other one and it’s now deleted. My second number is not working

If you have two plans on the account and the wrong line was upgraded, we appreciate how concerning it must be if the second number is now no longer working.

 

As this is a public platform, we’re unable to access the account or see exactly what happened with the upgrade and line status, so we’d recommend contacting our Live Chat team as soon as possible so they can review the account directly and see what options are available. You can contact them here: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

 

They’ll be able to check the upgrade activity and investigate why the second number is no longer active.
