Upgrade my contract before my eligible date

I’m eligible for a upgrade on 17th of may but there running promotions on the Samsung until the 5th of may would I be able to pay an extra month and bring my eligible date forward

    I understand you’re looking to take advantage of the current Samsung promotion before your upgrade date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to bring your upgrade date forward by making an additional payment or paying an extra month in advance.

     

    Your upgrade eligibility will remain as 17th May, and you’ll be able to explore and proceed with available offers from that date.

     

    We appreciate this may be disappointing, especially with time-limited promotions, and we’re always reviewing ways to improve our flexibility in the future.
