Upgrade my mobiles and details

When can I upgrade? It says on my plans that I can on the 10/09/2026 but it won't let me upgrade. I just wondered if there was a bit more information on this please.

This could be because you're trying to upgrade to something you're not currently eligible for, or that isn't available on your plan.
