Hi I was looking to upgrade to the Google pixel 11 pro however I have noticed you have much better deals on this phone on carphone warehouse compared to upgrading through my contract. This feels like you're rewarding new customers as opposed to those who are already customers.

    Hi @Michaela97

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

I can understand why you feel disappointed when you see offers available to new customers that appear better than the upgrade options on your account.

Our upgrade and new customer offers can sometimes differ due to a range of factors, including promotional campaigns, handset pricing, and eligibility criteria set at the time. While we always aim to provide competitive upgrade deals, some offers available through Carphone Warehouse or for new connections may not be available directly through iD Mobile upgrades.

If you're interested in upgrading to the Google Pixel 11 Pro, we'd recommend speaking with our sales team on 0800 049 0250, who can review the latest upgrade offers available on your account and discuss any options that may better suit your needs.

We appreciate your loyalty as an existing customer and thank you for raising your concerns with us.

    Thank you,

    Zandile M
