upgrade my phone what happens next

Hello i did my upgrade at 1am this morning i opted for the Samsung s26 ultra black colour and i had the email thay said the wait is almost over your order has been processed so dose this mean my upgrade is complete ? And how long will the delivery be will i get the phone tomorrow? It said the phone was in stock and it said next day delivery
