We’re sorry to hear that you’re looking to change your current plan and would like to review your upgrade options.

 

Please note that SIM Only upgrades are normally available from 24 days before your current contract end date. If you are not yet within this period, the option may not appear as available on your account.

 

You can check your upgrade eligibility through the iD Mobile app by:

  • Logging into the iD Mobile app
  • Selecting Account
  • Choosing Upgrade
  • Reviewing the available upgrade options shown

If you are eligible, you will be able to view the available SIM Only plans or handset upgrades, including Apple iPhone options.
