Hi, 

I recently request an upgrade (pixel 9), the order has been processed and upfront payment taken but I have had no update on delivery of the device.

 

Can anyone from iD mobile help clarify the delay?

Which colour did you order? Two colours are currently out of stock and on pre-order.

It was obsidian, which was in stock at the time of ordering
