I followed the link to upgrade my phone and organised the trade in, all seemed well, now Ive had emails saying my new phone with my new number will be delivered today?
Unable to contact ANYONE , Ive read the support notes saying that i need to return the phone and start the process again, even though the phone I want will be delivered today ? Logistically and financially this seems hugely inefficient and not ideal for anyone involved ?
Live Chat isnt showing, facebook messenger just says routing to an agent….as it has done for the last 45 mins.
