​@DMZ Hi unfortunately ID mobile wont match any deals elsewhere ive just recently upgraded my phone from a samsung i got a iphone 16 from a certain site okay the iphone is whats called a refurbished handset but looking at it you wouldnt know the difference from a brand new 1 came in its original box to ! I also kept my same number ( which is a bonus) but omg the saving i made by going to going to this certain site rather than direct to ID mobile to renew my contract and another phone is unbelievable im quids in 😀 ! I seriously think ID mobile should review this situation ( but thats just my opinion) but ID mobile as a mobile company i cant complain ive found the customer service team are excellent and my network signal is second to none ive no complaints there 👍

Upgrade pricing and promotions can vary between different sales channels, so Carphone Warehouse may have offers that aren’t available through the iD Mobile upgrade journey. Unfortunately, we’re unable to price match deals offered by other retailers.

Before taking out a separate new contract, we’d recommend contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat. They can check the upgrade offers currently available on your existing account and see whether there’s a more suitable deal available.

It’s also important to make sure that any deal you take through Carphone Warehouse is specifically processed as an upgrade if you want to keep your existing iD Mobile number. If it’s processed as a new iD Mobile contract instead, it will come with a new number and we’re unable to transfer your existing iD number directly between two iD Mobile contracts.
