upgrade on sim only contract

Hi, I am on a sim only, can I upgrade anytime as when I click on upgrade now through the app it does nothing?

Thanks for your post. I do apologise that you are unable to upgrade. 

 

If you’re on a SIM-only plan, you’ll need to be eligible for an upgrade before the option becomes available in the app. If the “upgrade now” button isn’t responding, it may be because your account isn’t currently within the upgrade window or the option isn’t active yet.
