Upgrade options are not as good

Hello,

 

My phone is due for an upgrade soon so I have started looking. If I wanted to upgrade to a IPhone 17 256gb storage, 500 gb of a data and a 24 month plan then I was getting two different prices. 
 

Upgrading through my current account says the price would be £48.99 per month 

 

I had a look at your website and if I was a new customer then I could get the exact same phone for £39.99 per month. 
 

Why would I pay more for being a loyal customer rather than going elsewhere? 
 

Please let me know if I can get a better upgrade deal

Upgrade pricing and new customer offers are calculated differently and can vary based on a number of factors, including promotional offers available at the time, account eligibility, credit agreements, and upgrade-specific pricing.

 

As the deals available online for new customers would create a brand new iD Mobile account and number, these offers do not always directly match the upgrade pricing available on existing accounts.

 

That said, we absolutely understand wanting the best possible value as an existing customer.
