I want to upgrade and stay with ID mobile and want the honour magic 8 lite in green with unlimited data and I see the price that you are quoting is £26 per month whereas three mobile are offering the same deal at £19 a month. Are you able to match it please?

    Hi @J115TNS,

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry for any disappointment this may cause.

Unfortunately, we don't offer price matching against deals available from other network providers, so we wouldn't be able to match the £19 per month offer you're seeing with Three Mobile.

However, our Sales Team can review your account and check whether there are any similar or potentially better offers available for the HONOR Magic 8 Lite with unlimited data.

You can contact our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250, and they'll be happy to discuss the upgrade options available to you.

We appreciate that you'd like to remain with iD Mobile and hope the Sales Team can find a suitable option for you.
