hi al ok here goes got offered an upgrade today there nothing i want in either handset or sim so descided to ask for my code so i can go somewhere else not been really happy with the service any how, so as i was checking out my pac got an upgrade offer for the phone i really wanted. so went for it and got it ordered so decided to check from the so called life chat only to be told its not gone though.now have got my t and c for this phone so i dont know were i am at with this order. got the order number etc . to be told its with carphone wearhouse in one chat and then to be told its not gone though who do i complain to be treated really badly here

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I can appreciate how frustrating it must be to receive an offer for a phone you wanted, complete the order, receive the Terms & Conditions and an order number, and then be told the order hasn't gone through.
If the upgrade was placed through Carphone Warehouse, they'll be best placed to investigate the status of the order, as they'll have access to the order details and processing information.
