I’m trying to upgrade my sim only contract to a phone but it’s not giving me options off iPhones only android I want to upgrade to iPhone

The upgrade options available are determined by certain factors, including:

  • Your upgrade eligibility
  • Your payment history
  • Your original credit agreement
  • Affordability and account checks
  • The type of plan currently on the account

 

Because of this, some higher-tier devices or certain handset ranges, such as iPhones, may not always appear as available upgrade options on specific accounts, even when other devices are showing.
