upgrade phone offer and claim watch has expired

Good afternoon. I upgraded my contract through my app yesterday 9/9/26 with an offer to claim a free samsung galaxy watch 8. I went to their website to claim but the promotion but it says it expired the day before on 8/9/26. Was my upgrade offer not true?

I'm sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the Samsung Galaxy Watch 8 offer.

Having checked the dates you've provided, the reason you're unable to claim the offer is because the promotion was only available between 19/08/2026 and 08/09/2026.

As you've mentioned that your upgrade order was placed on 09/09/2026, this falls outside of the promotional purchase period, meaning you wouldn't qualify for the offer under the promotion's Terms & Conditions.

While claims must be submitted by 07/10/2026 at 23:59 via: https://samsungoffers.claims/BacktoSchool2026 the claim window doesn't extend the qualifying purchase period. The order itself needed to be placed while the promotion was running, which was 19/08/2026 to 08/09/2026.
