upgrade query

How do you get to speak to anyone in customer services to look at different upgrade options. When you look at the ones offered they include a very expensive amount for phone upfront, whereas if I was a new customer coming into ID that figure is a lot less. I’ve tried the chatbot and got nowhere. Just want to speak to someone

Thanks , I’ve tried the number and still can’t get through to speak to a human. I think it’s complicated as I’ve got 2 accounts one for me (which I’m trying to ring from) and my daughters which I’m trying to sort as a surprise for her birthday.
