Upgrade range versus new customer range

I have just qualified for an upgrade after being with iD mobile for 6 months however I am seeing they do not offer the Pixel 10 range as upgrade options?

If I were a new customer, however, I would have access to the 10 family for various contract options.

Is there a way I can still upgrade to the Pixel 10 Pro XL? Or should I cancel my contract and start a new one.

Thanks!

Hi, @bw442

Thanks for your message, and congratulations on becoming eligible for an upgrade after 6 months with iD Mobile! 🎉

You’ve raised a valid point regarding the availability of the Google Pixel 10 Pro XL as an upgrade option. While this device is currently listed on our website for new customers (Pixel 10 Pro XL  iD Mobile), availability for existing customers may differ.

Please note that upgrade eligibility depends on several factors, including:

Contract status (e.g. nearing the end of your term),

Credit checks,

Stock availability for upgrades,

And whether certain deals are exclusive to new customers.

Because of this, even though you’re eligible for an upgrade, it doesn’t guarantee that every handset including the Pixel 10 Pro XL will be available under the same terms as those offered to new customers.

If the Pixel 10 range is currently part of a new customer promotion, switching contracts may be required. However, please be aware that cancelling your existing contract early could result in early termination charges.

For the most accurate advice and to explore your upgrade options in detail, we recommend contacting our Sales Team directly on 0800 049 0250. They’ll be happy to confirm whether the Pixel 10 Pro XL is available as an upgrade for you and talk you through the best options.

Thanks,

Zandile
