Upgrade sim plan

My phone contract run out soon on 13th June 2026, I would like to change to sim plan only, I've  checked on money supper market.com for ID mobile the deal for 1month rolling contract 25 GB data for £6/month but I can't see that deal on my upgrade sim plan. Can I upgrade to that deal for my new contract? Thanks
