If you've found a better price through Carphone Warehouse, you're welcome to explore that option. However, we'd just recommend making sure you understand whether you're purchasing a new contract or processing an upgrade on your existing account.

If a third-party retailer processes the order as a new iD Mobile contract rather than an upgrade, you'll be issued a new mobile number. As iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers, you wouldn't be able to move your existing iD Mobile number onto the new iD Mobile plan.
