SIM-only upgrade options become available 24 days before your minimum contract term ends. Once you're within this 24-day upgrade window, you'll be able to view the SIM-only options available to you, subject to eligibility.

If you're currently only seeing handset upgrades, this means you're not yet within the SIM-only upgrade window.

Once you're eligible, you can contact our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250. They'll be able to check your account and discuss the SIM-only plans available to you.
