upgrade via third party site

I am looking to upgrade my device and have found a deal I am interested in that would let me remain with ID mobile, however, the offer is through a third party site. Is it possible to keep my number if I process this order?

    We’re sorry for any confusion caused.

     

    Unfortunately, if the offer is being taken through a third-party retailer as a completely new iD Mobile connection, you would not be able to keep your existing iD Mobile number directly, as iD Mobile numbers cannot be switched internally between separate iD Mobile accounts.

     

    New customer deals through third parties are generally intended for new connections rather than upgrades on existing accounts.

     

    We would recommend contacting our Sales Team via Live Chat or by calling 0800 049 0250 so they can review the upgrade options available directly on your current account and see whether there are any similar offers available whilst allowing you to keep your existing number.
