upgrade via third party site

I am looking to upgrade my device and have found a deal I am interested in that would let me remain with ID mobile, however, the offer is through a third party site. Is it possible to keep my number if I process this order?

We’re sorry for any confusion caused.

 

Unfortunately, if the offer is being taken through a third-party retailer as a completely new iD Mobile connection, you would not be able to keep your existing iD Mobile number directly, as iD Mobile numbers cannot be switched internally between separate iD Mobile accounts.

 

New customer deals through third parties are generally intended for new connections rather than upgrades on existing accounts.
