I had an old plan on my Google Pixel 6, which when I reached the end of the 24 month contract, I stayed on the data only plan for £6 per month for over a year.
The ID Mobile app said I can upgrade my phone. I finally did last week. I have yet to recieve any confirmation email, and my app hasn’t updated with the new plan. It is still saying I have a £6 per month bill, and I can’t see anywhere the details for my new plan. I have received no email or correspondence. That being said, ID mobile sent the phone and I got it fine. I do not know where ID are billing the new contract.
I know i can’t put private info like my phone number and or email on this thread, but would someone be able to reach out and help me? I don’t want my DD going somewhere I don’t know.
