upgraded the wrong plan.

I mistakenly upgraded tge wrong plan.  Can I change it and upgrade the right plan please?

@J.okwulu Did you manage to sort out your upgrade issue in the end?

@JoeKing I have called them and they told me that they cancelled it on the wrong one and added it to the correct one but I still cannot see it cancelled on the wrong one.  Still shows the same.  Thank you for following up.  I will call again today.

@J.okwulu  Yes call them and get them to send you a confirmation via e-mail as you don't want to be tied into the wrong contract.

Hope this is totally resolved soon for you.

This is still not resolved.  They told me that this should update on my phone after some time but the plan did not revert back to what it was.
