upgraded to wrong tariff

I have just upgraded, but selected the wrong tariff!

How can I change the tariff I selected?

Hi ​@Strim,

 

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear the incorrect tariff was selected during your upgrade.

 

Unfortunately, once an upgrade has been processed, the tariff itself cannot simply be changed directly. The upgraded plan/device would usually need to be returned first, after which your account would revert back to the previous plan. Once this has completed, you would then be able to process a new upgrade on the correct tariff.

 

We’d recommend getting in touch with our Live Chat team so they can go through the available options with you and assist further with the return and re-upgrade process if needed:

Your best bet is to contact the Live Chat via this link (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) to discuss this.
