You can check when you're eligible to upgrade and see the options available to you through the iD Mobile app:

1. Sign in to the iD Mobile app.
2. Select your mobile number.
3. Go to Manage or Upgrade.
4. Review the handset and plan options shown for your account.

SIM-only upgrades become available 21 days before your minimum contract term ends, provided you're eligible. Once you're within this upgrade window, the available SIM-only plans should appear in the app.
